The construction of this fully airconditioned residence was finalized in 2003 and consists of over 3,900 square feet that includes 3 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms, spacious kitchen, dinning room, sitting room, foyer, pantry, laundry room, ported two-car garage, front and back patio. This villa comfortably sleeps 6 people.

At the moment new furniture is being added along with other improvements in order to make your stay perfect. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a walk-in closet/dressing room with a huge bathroom. It comes equipped with a kingsize bed, TV, alarmclock, nightable, etc.

The two other bedrooms are ample, where both are equipped with a queen size beds. Each of these room has an armoire and a dresser.

The Kitchen is extremely spacious perfect for creating a cozy ambience when cooking. It is fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, silverware, glassware and utensils. It also features a recessed ceiling trimmed with wood accent and ambient lighting.

In order to remain 'connected', the villa also features an internet corner where you can hook up your laptop to the broadband internet service. In case you prefer to check your e-mails while lounging poolside, the villa is also equipped with wireless internet service.

The spacious sitting room has double doors that open up into the front patio allowing you to enjoy the view and the beautiful weather in Aruba. The sitting room is also equipped with comfortable furniture so you can enjoy a movie or music on the surround sound.

The back patio is integrated with the wooden pool deck and private pool area, creating a huge outdoor living space with a breakfast area. The wooden pool deck area is ideal to chill and work on your tan and cool off in the private pool or to have a barbecue.
